Susan, Target coupons say one per person so if your store will allow it, yes you can, but the terms of the coupon limit it to one per transaction.,

These are $2.49 in IL also.
Oh, I forgot to mention, they were makrd $2.49 at my store (UT) but they rang up as $1.97 (regular price). Worth checking…maybe they raise the price on the tag or something when there is a gift card deal?
