Safeway Ad & Deals 7/31-8/6

07/30/2013 By Charlene 13 Comments

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card to take advantage of the sale prices!

Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

Be sure to read about the new Just for U program rolling out at Safeway!

Awesome price on the blueberries…just got some before they ran out (my Safeway always seems to run out of the really good deals!). My boys aren’t going to know what to do with so many blueberries. 🙂

Is the skillet coupon a coupon you print from facebook or do they send you an email later. I tried it twice and it never printed one, but said thank you for requesting coupon.

I see nice eQs in the J4u Coupon Center w/ long expirations–

$1/1 Glad Food Protection. Makes the containers $.99 w/in-ad Q(?).
$1.50/2 Kraft Natural Slices. Friday 2/$5, but I’ll save the Q for later.
$3/3 Ice Cream Novelties incl Popsicle (no size restrictions). I’ll save for later when Popsicles are $1 (for possible free).

{A few days ago, I printed a $3/1 Spectrum Culinary Oil x11/30 from facebook to save for possible use later at Sprouts. I don’t know if the Q is still there. Coconut Oil is so good! Thanks for getting me introduced to it } Thank you for your work on grocery matchups 🙂

    Hi Charlene-
On the $5 off $15 frozen purchase, it lists bakery items in the excluded items….do you happen to know what qualifies as a bakery item? I was considering purchasing some Eggo waffles towards getting the $5 back when you spend $15 on frozen foods, plus stack it with the free milk offer when you buy 4 kelloggs/eggo products, but was wondering if waffles are considered a bakery item? So ambiguous!

I was thinking bakery item was like the ice cream cakes. I think you are fine with waffles. It is confusing wording.

Today 8/2 I bought 4 eggo waffles (3/$6) and 4 kelloggs krave cereal (4/$10) and received 2 free gallons of pantry essentials milk. i also bought 4 pantry essentials frozen vegetables ($2.59 each) and received the $5 off on frozen foods. (Safeway in San Jose, bollinger rd)
