Here are some free or cheap children’s activities available this week to keep the kiddos busy.  I thought posting these now will help you plan your week.

These are all the things that are free to do this week with just a few that are very inexpensive.

Pottery Barn Kids:  Every Tuesday from 11AM-11:30AM, kids of all ages are invited to story time. Times can vary slightly from store to store so you might want to call ahead to verify.

Lowes: This activity is not until  July 27-28 but these fill up very quickly so I wanted to mention it now so you can register. There will be a Build and Grow Clinic July 27th (10:00 am) and July 28th (2:00 pm) to build RC from Toy Story. You can register here for this free event.

AC  Moore: Free Make & Take July 17th from 1pm-3pm. Kids can create Ducklings Frames.

Lakeshore Learning:  Make a Summer Fun Visor July 20th. Children draw, write and collage on cute, kid-sized visors—for one-of-a-kind creations they’ll love to wear!

Michaels: Kid’s Club Event: Summer Totes on July 20th. Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop. Only $2 per child reserves 30 minutes for your creative kid. Sessions starting every half hour from 10am – 11:30am. See a store associate to join.

Barnes and Nobles: July 17th at 6:30 pm  is American Girls Club with crafts, snacks and other fun activites. Come celebrate what it means to be an American Girl with Barnes & Noble. (You might double check with your store as these activities can vary.)

There is also a free storytime Tuesday and Thursday each week. You should check your store because dates and times might vary.

Regal Cinemas: Children’s movies every Tuesday and Wednesday for just $1.00 per person at 10 am.  This does tend to be pretty popular in my area so be sure to get there early.

Cinemark: Children’s movies for $1 or $.50 if purchased in advance.  The Summer Movie Clubhouse days depending on what state you live in.  It’s best to just click on your actual theater to get show dates and times because it greatly varies.

If you live near an American Girl Store, you might check out their events.  Times and dates vary.
