I have to say that the charms I got from them where horribly cheap. I returned them. I ordered letters and birthstone. The birthstone didnt look anything like the one online or in catalog. The color was off and it looked like plastic. Even my SD rep said they were terrible when she saw them. I’d still like to get charms but not sure where. I have a lot of their other things and they seem pretty good quality.
