One thing that is very important is that these often have activiation fees so before you buy you might check that out. Typically the activiation fees are $5.95.

Did you save it to your club card and use your club card to pay? If the answer is yes just go to customer service and they can help you. There is no reason it wouldn’t work unless you got the wrong card or you didn’t do one of those two things.
didn’t work for me nor anyone else on a forum I frequent. Make sure you print your Just4U list. Everyone reports the mgr manually adjusting it.
The $1 off Hallmark money-holder cards didn’t work for me either, on multiple cards.

Franki, I would just pop over to customer service and they can get it all fixed for you. Just a little glitch and no reason to be angry or upset. They’ll probably give you cash back or a gift card. 🙂

I just go thru self checkout & if it doesn’t work, I void it or in the case of Hallmark just pay the extra $1 -still a MM
My CS lines are looooooooooooong & I just don’t want to invest that much time (or ink). I’ve adjusted my expectations to getting 90% JFU to work, and doing my “real” shopping at Sprouts 🙂
They do not believe on printed list. They want us to log into our just for you account and verify all the info and then honored it. but were not happy though.
Lovedeals- many stores have ipads so it should be really easy to do that right? Just a few seconds? I have the app on my phone so I can pull that up really fast. I guess maybe they don’t like print outs because maybe people have committed fraud by using a print out from a friend or something in the past at your store? If this deal is something you really want it just seems like the extra few minutes to get customer service to help you isn’t the end of the world ;). Sorry you are unhappy but Safeway clearly has a glitch with the offer that requires the extra step of visiting customer service. Not the most fun thing in the world to take the extra step to walk over there but it just doesn’t seem to be a very big deal to me. If they didn’t honor the offer I could totally understand getting upset but they did honor it. So the good news is that you got your deal ;)!
