This is not the Plasma Car brand but it is very similar and typically Plasma Cars are priced around $50. These are fun toys for kiddos- they just sit down and steer and the car will go on its own.
No need for cords or batteries for this toy and it is best suited for kiddos aged 2 and up.

My kids have one of these Plasma cars and it is fun to take to the park. We live on a pretty big hill so we don’t get to play with it as often as I would like but they do like to cruise around on it.

I did get one the last time for my great grandson who is 3. Even my 13 year old granddaughter rides it once inawhile. My 5 year old niece and my daughter’s 8 year old stepson love it as well. Fortunately we have hardwood floors and long hallways so it gets a lot of use year round inside and outside.
