Allison, fortunately I have posted Tanga deals for a few years now and your complaints are the only ones I have heard about them. If I remember you ordered the exact same charger that I actually ordered myself and mine works perfectly. I have a hard time writing off a company over one broken item ;). That could happen to any company. Maybe you can get in touch with them and let them know the item was damaged and I am sure they can help you. I have found Tanga to be an excellent company myself and other then your complaints, I haven’t heard negative reviews from anyone else so I do feel comfortable posting their sales. Also it does say Otterbox brand on this item and you really can’t beat Otterbox for quality.
