I have been blogging now for a long time… in fact MFA is older then my baby girl who turns 4 next week! I often feel like I have posted just about everything under the sun in that time period but here is one thing I don’t think I have ever mentioned.
Get a free annual pass to National Parks for military and their dependents.
This is a nice savings. It covers the pass owner and (3) accompanying adults over 16 plus there is no entry free for children 15 and under.
To get your free pass:
You can receive your pass by presenting your US military ID at most Federal lands that charge an entrance fee. Sites that issue the Annual Pass will generally also issue the free US military version as well. Please contact the Federal Land you will be visiting in advance to ensure that they have the pass available.
