You just sign up and download the app to your smart phone. Then once you do that pull it up on your phone and look for Target. You should see a little barcode that you can click to open the coupons. If you live really far from Target sometimes it won’t show up as an option until you are a little closer.
Charlene is the app free..so they just scan the coupon on ur phone..
