Does it matter that the coupon says “at Walgreens”?
Elizabeth, Here is what I said in the post:

So I will probably try to use it at Target. If I run into a cashier that won’t allow it, I just say OK thank you can I take these off my tranasction please and then I try again the next time I shop.
Target will be reimbursed for the coupon so you aren’t cheating but that extra wording causes a lot of misunderstanding. 🙂
is there a reason why they word it that way? im seeing it alot, and while i’ve not had any problems yet…you never know.
