I think this is really cool to streamline your office. I absolutely hate seeing cords everywhere so this seems really smart to me.

This looks awesome so I ordered one. It showed up and doesn’t work. This is my first and last order from Tanga. I wish I had done my homework first because I wouldn’t have ordered from this company had I read how many complaints they have with the BBB.

I have never had issues with Tanga. I have posted things from them for maybe 2 years now and yours is the first complaint I have ever received. I also ordered this and it works perfectly for me. In fact I just took the phone off the charger about 15 seconds ago and it was all charged up. Did you use your adapter from your regular Apple charger? Maybe you don’t have it set up correctly? If it is set up correctly just get in touch with them and I am very confident they will make things right for you. I can’t imagine there are any companies that don’t have a million complaints with BBB. I find a lot of people seem to enjoying complaining so there is always that element mixed with the genuine bad service. 😉 I have some contacts at Tanga if you can’t get a quick resolution just let me know and I bet I can get someone to send out a replacement to you.
