Coupons can be regional. If you didn’t get the coupon in your paper, that just means other people in other cities did get it in their papers. You can read more here:

I went this sunday to the store to buy the diapers…I was so mad cux I brag the diapers and the wipes and the guy who helped said I could’t use the target coupon…I ask him why it said diapers or pants he said it wasn’t taking the coupon I was so Mad!!!
