I thought some of you might be grilling for Super Bowl Sunday and wanted to remind you of this yummy corn recipe.
Fresh corn is only $.59/ear right now at my grocery store so this is a pretty inexpensive to make and it is a little different then the standard chips and dips.
You have to trust me on this recipe because the ingredients are a little unusual but it is so very delicious!
You can get the recipe here for Mexican Grilled Corn. It just takes a few minutes to make and it is a crowd pleaser (but super messy so stock up on paper towels.)
