Lock & Lock Food Storage Set 24 pieces $25

There is a nice deal on a Lock&Lock storage set today.

You can get a 24 piece set for $19.99 + $5 for shipping.  The 24 piece set will include 12 of the containers and then 12 lids:

Here are the sizes:

  • (2) 19 Ounce Rectangular Containers with Lids
  • (2) 27 Ounce Rectangular Containers with Lids
  • (2) 41 Ounce Rectangular Containers with Lids
  • (2) 57 Ounce Square Containers with Lids
  • (2) 61 Ounce Rectangular Containers with Lids
  • (2) 81 Ounce Rectangular Containers with Lids

So this works out to about $2 per container which isn’t a bad deal.

These are BPA free and they work perfectly for lunchboxes.  I have a bunch of lock & lock containers and I have found that I can put applesauce, yogurt etc.. inside and they don’t leak.  These are a little hard for my 3 year old to open but my 5 year old can do it fine.

Head over to Woot to have a look.

PS: If you are a Costco shopper there is a really nice Costco Deal on a Snapware set through 2/24. See the details here.

Here are a few ideas of how I have used these (note the ones in my pics are actually Sistema brand but they are very similar:

Yogurt and fruit.

Carrots- that box in the center is lock & lock but I think it was discontinued.

I actually just made fruit salads for both children and myself yesterday and we all used these containers to take our snacks in the car.

    Bri,

I would probably pick Costco myself but I didn’t test out the Snapware there. I saw them on display and they are mighty pretty ;). I think the value at Costco is probably better- you can get a way bigger set. I can vouch for the quality of Lock & Lock personally and I have never used Snapware.
