If you are not familiar, Thred Up is a clothing exchange site. You can purchase new or gently used clothing at significant discounts.
These are items that other families send to Thred Up for sale- so it is one of a kind type stuff but they have tons and tons of inventory to choose from.
Sometimes the things have barely been worn or you can do a search and just get items that are brand new with tags.
Now shipping runs at $5.95- so you should be able to get $10 in clothing for free and then pay $6.
There are some great deals like these little boys boots that are in great condition for $6.99! This little red skirt from Gymboree is priced at $4.49. This would be so cute for Valentine’s Day.
So you could get both the boots and the skirt for $11.48 + $5.95 shipping= $17.43. After the $10 off discount, pay just $7.43 for both items!
Now I have ordered in the past from Thred Up so I can’t test this but you just want to head over and use coupon code: Save10 at checkout. That code is valid through Friday only.
They also have a free shipping code- I am pretty sure that this can’t be stacked with the $10 off: SHIPJAN13. That is supposed to be for first time orders only so you can see which offer works best for you.

I am not sure about a credit. You just need to use the coupon code to get the $10 off- did you do that? Myfrugaladventures at yahoo is my email address 🙂
The FAQ’s do say they only allow one promo code per order. That would have been great though.
I think she means you get a $10 credit for referring her to the site.
