This might be pushing it but my store has Up & Up Vapor Rub body wash for children for $1.49. The cold and flu coupon might not work on that but really even at $1.49 it is a great deal (and smells wonderful).
They also have an Up & Up vapor rub ointment for adults or for children for about $3. You can use the $1 off a $3 Up & Up item coupon to pay $2 for that.
