The neosporin rebate will not work this way. According to the form, you must buy a minimum of 3 products totaling at least $10.

    Brian,

Is there a chance you don’t have the correct form? It is advertised as a free travel pack right in the ad. There is nothing anywhere about buying 3 items that I can see.

    Brian,
Not sure what rebate you seen, but this rebate http://cvssavingscentral.com/Media/04_JNJ_43461_Jan13Rebates/04_JNJ_43461_Jan13Rebates_Rebate.pdf seems to be for 1 Neosporin Essentials Trial Pack as listed.
