If you buy organic dairy products, you might want to take a quick look at this class action settlement.
It involves the purchases of organic milk products under a number of different brand names on or before September 14, 2012.
The producers/retailers of these products are listed below:
- Aurora
- Costco
- Safeway
- Target
- Walmart
- Wild Oats

If you’ve purchased any of these items and would like to be part of the class action settlement to receive a possible refund of up to $30, you’ll need to either file a claim online or submit by mail.
I have bought a gallon of organic milk once per week for the past year (at least) so I submitted online already and it only took a minute to do. I don’t keep receipts or anything from old grocery trips so I should get a $10 refund.
Claims must be postmarked or filed online no later than March 13th.

Thanks for this info. We buy 2 gallons of O Organic milk every week but of course I don’t have receipts for 101 units. 🙂 Disappointing to know you aren’t always buying what you think you are! And at $5+ a pop, my goodness.
