Here’s what you can expect:
::Eat Well Through the Winter – Sunday, January 6th::
Head on in to learn how to prepare some great new recipes that will promote a strong immune system and digestive health! Perfect for the cold winter months.
::Raw – Sunday, January 13th::
Raw food is a great source of vitamins and nutrients. Learn some great ways to incorporate raw food into your diet from juicing, salads, soups and more!
::Vegetarian Cooking – Sunday, January 20th::
Come learn about some tasty vegetarian recipes that your whole family will love! Plus learn how to season and enhance the flavors of your food without using salt.
::Flavors of Morocco – Sunday, January 27th::
At this class you’ll explore the exotic flavors of Morocco. You’ll learn how to combine sweet, sour and spicy and how to use spices like harissa or ras el hanout!
At each of these classes, you’ll get to sample the prepared dishes. You’ll need to call and register with your local store before you go though. Plus each person that attends will enjoy 10% off all purchases made that day!
