Tide Laundry Soap $3.50 at Safeway or $2.44 at CVS

There will be a $1.50 off Tide coupon coming in the Sunday newspaper.  Now some people might not get this high in value of a coupon but my advance P&G did come with this coupon.

This week Safeway has Tide on sale for $5 on Friday-Sunday.

So get your coupons cut on Sunday and head over to Safeway to get a great deal.

This is not a fantastic deal for laundry soap but it is a fantastic deal for Tide specifically.

Another option would be to hit CVS.

Spend $30 on select products and get a $10 ECB back starting Sunday (limit 1).

So here is one idea:

Buy 5 Tide at $5.94*
Subtotal $29.70
Use (5) $1.50 off Tide coupons from 12/30 P&G
Pay $22.20 and get back a $10 ECB
Final price: $12.20 or $2.44 each
*NOTE: you can only use 4 Tide coupons per transaction so you would need to buy 4 and then go back another time to get the 5th.

Another idea is this:

Buy 2 Bounty 6pk Paper Towel at $5.77
Buy 3 Tide at $5.94
Subtotal $29.36
Use (3) $1.50 Tide coupons
and Use (2) $.25/1 Bounty Coupons from 12/30 P&G
Pay $25.86 and get back a $10 ECB
Final Price: $15.86 or $3.17 per item

You can find more printable coupons you might need in the coupon database.

Did everyone’s $5 Friday coupons show up in their J4U? None of them are in mine. Strange.

I just checked on the SW facebook pg and they said:

    Safeway :
Hi Michelle, you will not see this week’s $5 Friday offers in your just for U account. They were automatically loaded to all customers’ Club Cards. Thanks! -Krystle, Customer Support

Um.. what the heck? So we are supposed to trust them that they were loaded without seeing it? Hmm.

So I went into the store while grabbing a Starbucks and asked customer service. They said that the 5 Friday prices are good all weekend, then I noticed in the ad that it has the 5 bucks and the three days listed. So looks like we don’t need to add them to our cards as they are good all weekend.

Oh LOL. Well it is me that is the dummy :P. The ad doesn’t say $5 Friday it says $5 Friday-Sunday. So yeah we can all for sure get that price on Sunday :D.
