Target: After Christmas Clearance Sales

Target has the after Christmas sale starting today.

They seem to have many items at 50% off and candy and food items will typically be at 30% off or 50% off depending on the store.

This is a great time to look for Glad containers, Foil, Ziploc bags, baking mixes, crackers and other items with seasonal themes that can still be used year round.

They also have some great serving pieces you might want to check out.

The sales are online- and note there are some items that are online only- you can see the online availability here.    Just click the Christmas clearance tab on the left side at the top.

If you prefer to shop in store, you will find clearance can vary.  My store was starting to clearance out toys before the holidays- my store didn’t have anything that I thought was a great deal but now is the time to keep an eye on both the baby department and the toy department for markdowns.

Last year the Christmas items went down to 70% off on 12/31 and I picked up a few things up around January 8th at 90% off.  Usually the selection is really wiped out.
