I need to grab some of these bags for gifts I am making. I picked up the Starbucks Cold Cups this morning and I am going to fill them with M&Ms and then tie on gift cards.
Another idea would be Target. I think they have the M&Ms priced at $2.69 (or maybe $2.89)

Mint M&M’s are the BEST! They’re available year-round but are overpriced as a “specialty” candy, so I buy a bunch before Christmas and then try to ration them throughout the year. (Emphasis on the “try” part.)
