Charlene, do you have experience ordering through Kohls.com? We ordered the Shark steam mop and something else on Black Friday and spent over 50$. We should have qualified for Kohl’s cash. Should they have shipped the Kohl’s cash in the package or would they send something via email?

Personally I am not a huge fan of the Kohl’s cash because I can never get myself together enough to use it before it expires. I believe it is sent via email though. You should have had it by now because the Black Friday cash already expired I think? Was your total $50 after any discounts and before taxes, shipping and handling? If so, I would just get in touch with them. I am sure they can sort it out.
Yes, it was definitely over 50$ because we got free shipping. I will tell my husband to contact them. He says he only ever got emails letting him know the packages had shipped. Thank you!
