I haven’t tested this out myself but it is a really great offer that seems to be available from JC Penney.
If you stop by one of the dry bar xpress locations inside the store, you will get a free polish touch up plus a free mini OPI polish!
If anyone is headed to JC Penney they might want to check this out!
