Giveaway: $100 Melting Pot Gift Certificate

There is a new TV show out on A&E called Be the Boss.  Here is the premise of the show:

From the producers of Wife Swap, Project Runway and Undercover Boss comes a new series where deserving front-line employees at familiar national chains will be given the opportunity of a lifetime: a chance to win a franchise of their very own. It’s a chance to achieve the American Dream and finally “Be the Boss.”

Each week the CEO of a company will select two worthy candidates to be vetted for what they think is the chance to win a highly regarded promotion – and double their salary. It’s a coveted position that would undoubtedly change their lives. Stakes are high as both candidates go through a series of challenges that test their mettle, battling head to head to prove to the CEO that they have the ‘right stuff’ for the promotion. What the candidates don’t know (but what the audience does) is that the CEO is really looking for the individual he thinks can own and run a franchise.

In the end, a ‘winner’ is crowned as they are given the promotion and win their increased salary.
The ‘loser’ is pulled aside and told that, in effect, he or she is the real ‘winner’ and is handed the keys to their own franchise. Inspirational – highly competitive – and aspirational – BE THE BOSS will give 6 lucky workers the dream of a lifetime.
