Target: Unadvertised Gift Card Knorr, Skippy, Klondike and More

I know for sure my regular Target store did not have this advertised Sunday- because I glanced at the Knorr stock and it was normal price.

I did pop into a different store yesterday to check the Target Halloween clearance and spotted these sale tags.

This may be a regional gift card promotion or maybe my normal store was just slow in putting up tags.
