You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

There are a few special promotions going on this week:
1. Buy $150 worth or participating gift cards (see ad for list of eligible gift cards) and get a coupon for $25 off your next purchase of $50 or more.
2. Purchase $10 of participating Coca-Cola and qualify for 10 FREE Holiday Cards from Shutterfly. Promo codes will print at check out. Promotion runs from 11/07-12/11 and codes expire 12/31.
3. Buy any Starbucks holiday beverage, get one free! Deal valid at Safeway Starbucks kiosks from November 15th to 18th from 2-5PM. (This is also available at regular Starbucks stores.)
One last note is that there are (2) ads this week. One regular ad and one supplemental ad. This is a big one running through 11/22. We will likely see a small ad that breaks on Friday 23rd.

Safeway coupons: $1-off Any Open Nature Product, x11/22 & $1-off Any Safeway Select Product, x11/22. Tucked inside my big ad was a glossy, single sheet “Save on Fresh Favorites” with the 2 coupons.
Love these coupons because they apply to numerous products across all departments. I have gotten free ON yogurt and ON hashbrowns before with $1 off any ON Q. Of note, $5Friday ON Shredded Cheese, 24-32 oz is $5-$1=$4.

is the $25 CAT usable immediately? I think in the past couldn’t be used until the week after Thanksgiving, and traditionally that is the worst ad of the year
That is a great coupon! I didn’t get it in either of my ads though.
They have halloween packs of pistachios on sale for $1.99 and there is a coupon that expires 12/24, so they are 99 cents if your store doubles.

reporting on my earlier post, the $25 off $50 CAT appears to be immediately usable and has short expiration. Mine expires 11-21.
Pillsbury crescents are 1.88 with in-ad coupon. Look at Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts for peelies. Some are $1/2 crescents.

I have some questions on the $25 Catalina. It says valid on a grocery purchase of $50 or more… does that mean non-food items (like the great Men + Care deal) won’t count toward the $50? Can I stack manufacturer coupons? And if so, is the $50 before or after manufacturer coupons? Thanks for any insight!
Does anyone know if The groceries can be rung up and the $25 Catalina be given prior to my Safeway card? That way I can make it to $50 a lot sooner. I have never used $ off coupons at Safeway. Also would it work on laundry detergent or plastic cups? Thanks!

Charlene – Have you gotten your safeway rebate from last time around or have you heard of anyone who has? I always write the end date on my calendar and the phone number in case I haven’t recieved it and today was my day. But I haven’t seen it yet. I had $25 in free items.
