JC Penney is bringing back the free haircut promotion for kids!
Beginning in November, children K-6th grade can once again get a free haircut. JC Penney will be making it a permanent offer every Sunday starting November 4th.
This should be available at all JC Penney locations nationwide but you will need to book an appointment.
