You can buy from Walmart if you prefer. I personally like the free shipping from Amazon so that is the route I usually take.
Costco had it for that price with a bonus little boat with Captain Hook. Not sure if it is still there but worth checking.

This is actually something on our list to get this year so I checked Costco just a few days ago. My store had a special pack called Jake and The Pirate’s Battle Boat that had a small bonus boat and the musical pirate ship. My store had it priced at $48.99 not $38. Maybe the prices are different in different areas but I checked the day the new coupon booklet came out so all the price changes for my store were already done.
