Typically the girl elf will have a little skirt and the book will feature a girl instead of a boy. They don’t show a picture of the elf though so hard to be certain.
I would head over to Barnes and Noble to grab it while you can. If you prefer the dark skinned girl, she is just a few dollars more.
I know some of you will want this for tomorrow so you can try to drive to Target and price match, just note the item must be in stock to do that. If Barnes and Noble runs out of these you will be stuck with the $29.99 Target price.

Nope! If you have the option to pick up in store you want to go ahead and reserve the item and then you will pay $13.69. If you don’t reserve it, they might be sold out. If it is not available to reserve at your store, pay $13 +$4 shipping.

I reserved the book online to pick up in the store and received a confirmation email saying that the price would be $29.95. I called the store and was told that you don’t get the online price if you pick the book up in the store.

Is the book for the female version the same as for the boy? Apparently she doesn’t come with a skirt — is she decent without buying the skirt — I know that’s cheap, but seriously another $7 for a skirt???
