Reader Kyla passed along this great Body Shop deal to me last year at the last minute and I took advantage of the deal myself. I wanted to mention it to you guys this year because I thought it was a great deal.
If you spend $20 at Body Shop, you can purchase a Joy Bag for (I believe) $5.00.
The bag itself is a good one- made from organic cotton and that $5 you spend goes to some of the great charities that Body Shop supports (which gets a big thumbs up.)
In addition, they give you this little coupon booklet with (4) weeks of freebies inside! Last year I got (4) different free full size products- it was all really, really good stuff too. I remember a Body Butter, a shampoo… each week was something different to try.
The stinker is that you need to hurry up because the Joy bag offer only runs through Sunday.
The awesome news is that some of you may have purchased that Groupon available a few weeks ago and you CAN use that in conjunction with this offer.
So I think it will look something like this:
Spend $20 on what you want
Buy the bag for $5
Use your Groupon to pay (takes off $20)
Pay $5
You will get your bag and your $20 in products you bought. And then you get 4 free products after that! Just note that you need to go to the Body Shop each week for 4 weeks to claim the freebies. They usually announce on Facebook what the freebie will be.

It was me Charlene! I did the deal again today with my groupon. They are also doing a deal when you buy 2 things you get one free or but one get one 50% off.These are great deals if you do everything together.

The manager at my store told me that this year the gifts are better than years before. She said one week is a gift basket.
If you are a “Love Your Body” member, there is a buy 3, get 3 free promotion this weekend. You have to ask for it.
I asked about the tote on Black Friday this year. She said they are doing it, but she hasn’t seen it yet. In years past, they’ve had tote bags full of full size products for $25. You can’t use your Groupon on Black Friday though.
