Amazon is testing a month-to-month payment option for Prime but it appears to only be select customers. This service is $79 per year so $7.99 per month actually works out to more than the yearly fee. However, this might be a good option for those that are not interested in this year round. This would be an excellent thing to have for the holiday and post holiday sales.
The great thing about Prime is there is no minimum purchase for the free 2 day shipping. So if you see a great sale on an item for $5 that will be shipped for free!
You also get unlimited instant streaming of thousands of movies and TV shows with Prime instant video. Plus you can borrow a Kindle book for free each month from the Kindle Owner’s Lending Library.
Amazon does not appear to be offering the monthly plan to all customers. The only way to know if it is available to you is to head over here and see if the monthly plan option is listed. If you don’t see it, it’s not available at this time for you.
This is what you want to look for:
Directly under the free trial offer it says “Amazon Prime is just $7.99/month”. Hopefully, you will see this and can try it out! I already have a year’s subscription to Prime but I logged out and I did see the monthly offer. It probably wouldn’t hurt to keep checking back if you don’t see the offer listed.

I was offerred the deal. Do you know if they will automatically charge my card after the two months is up?
Are you aware how I would be able to cancel the subscription after the two moths is up?
Thanks:)
