You need to buy a toy priced at $29.99+ and you will get a second toy for $24.99 free. This promotion is available in store or online.
This is a really great deal if you want to think ahead to any birthday parties or Christmas gifts.

You can select the items you like online and then place your order. If you pick up in store the shipping is free otherwise I have always found shipping from Toys R Us to be a little expensive.
