This one is via the Shopkick app which is free to download to a smart phone. It expires 9/28.

Click on Target and then look for deals and finds. It is under there. One thing with shopkick is that sometimes the coupons don’t show up if you are really far from a store. If you try again when you are just a few miles away that could be an issue.
