If it is a Target coupon you can for sure use it. If it is a manufacturer coupon you may not be able to. According to the coupon policy, on a manufacturer Buy One Get One Free sale they don’t allow a second manufacturer coupon to be used. They do allow a second coupon if it is a store coupon. The policy is for a store sale though and not a coupon- I tend to treat the coupons the same as a store sale when I post. So you might be able to or they might refuse it. Just depends on how strict the store is :).
