I actually ordered a Chili’s gift card when I made my first purchase with Saveology and had no issues at all. It seems that lately they are having people call in to confirm addresses instead of just doing it online. I bought a B & N gift card almost a year ago and still haven’t got it. I’ve tried calling and emailing with no success. I looked on the internet and there are tons of complaints about them everywhere. Buyer beware.

That has not been my experience. I have posted over and over and over and only heard maybe 3 complaints and that was the recent thing where some cards require that you call them and people didn’t like that. (I don’t like that either and I hope they stop doing it.) I have found in the few years I have been blogging that people enjoy complaining so I don’t always believe message boards and such. 🙂 Is there any chance at all that you did not redeem the voucher they sent you with your mailing address? Is there any chance at all you might have thrown the gift card away? As I mentioned in the post the gift cards do come in plain white envelopes that are thin with a small black return address in the corner. It looks like junk mail and can easily be thrown away.
They should have responded to you though to try and sort all this out. That is horrible to not return calls or emails. I just emailed and asked for assistance so I will let you know if I hear back.
I did check back for the past year and I did not post a saveology deal for a barnes and noble gift card. Is it possible it was through a different company maybe?
