The Nestle ice cream is part of the Target deal this week where you get a $5 gift card when you buy 5 at my store. I also noticed that the bars are actually priced at $2.69 which is lower than what the ad says.
If you can find the same deal it works out to only $1.69 per box which is a great price.

Buy 5 Nestle Ice Cream Bars $2.69 each
Total: $13.45 and get back $5 Target gift card
Final Cost: $1.69 per box!
