I know many of you are aware of the Book It! program by Pizza Hut but I wanted to make sure you knew that homeschoolers can participate as well. Children grades kindergarten through 6th grade can earn a free personal pan pizza when they meet their reading goals.
I think this is a great program and I remember how fun it was in school. It’s completely free and Pizza Hut will send you all the materials you need to get started. Once your child reaches the assigned reading goal, they will get their certificate for a free personal pan pizza.
It’s such a flexible program to encourage reading. If you have pre-readers, they can still participate by having someone read to them and those books count toward the goal!
One thing to note is that they no longer send out material to homeschooling groups so each individual family will need to request a packet. The enrollment deadline is 9/1 but they will accept requests after as long as supplies are still available.

I have a preschooler and a transitional kinder… can I also get the material/ join the program? how? i try to look for it i dont think i can get teh material from the Book It website. thanks!

Did you click on “our school type is…” in the center of the page and follow the directions to enroll?
yes i did, but the preschooler cannot follow the program bcz she stll 4 and the kinder school they already reserve the package ( so did the school will the package to the parents?) i am new parent and new to this program also
