I know I have mentioned this a bunch of times, but just one more quick reminder.
Many Target stores will have (finally) marked down toys today to 70% off. This is a really great time to grab little extras for birthday parties or to plan ahead for Christmas.
Small things can be great for Operation Christmas Child or stocking stuffers too.
Now keep in mind not every Target will have the exact same schedule so you might want to call ahead and just ask if they are at 70% off yet.

I went to Douglas yesterday and they still had a TON of stuff at 30 percent off, some at 50 and a little at 70. I got a few small baby toys for gifts but there wasn’t really anything too exciting. They weren’t marking anything else down but stocking the shelves with new stuff when I was there-I had someone check some clearance items I was just a little curious about to see if they were going to be marked down more but the price hadn’t budged. I’m really disappointed with how they are working their clearance section this summer. 🙁
Well I went to two stores this morning. One was disappointing with not everything marked down and they were unwilling to scan anything to see if it was marked down further for me. Then I went to another store, expecting the same and I was pleasantly surprised to find the complete opposite! They had all the clearance in to two aisles and they were in the process of marking it down. The woman marking stuff down was SO nice! I cleaned up big time! Xmas presents bought for all friends kids as well as almost done for my own children!

I’m really glad that I stopped at my Target this morning (Jacksonville, FL). They are marking all the clearance toy to 70%. Surprisingly, toys that are 30% are scanning 70% off. The lady that was marking it down was nice enough to scan it for me. Bunch of Thomas, leapfrog, Nerf, few Disney stuff, my generation dolls outfit (lucky to get the doll last week for 70% off). My favorite buy was the fisher price camera for $20 (orig. $70). Been wanting to get this for my twin girls, glad I waited. Happy shopping everyone!
I went to 2 targets this morning and I found a ton of great Cars toys for my son for his birthday and xmas, a few dolls and baby toys I was happy to find. I loved the end cap of the little toys marked down to $0.88 a piece!

There was a nice selection at Fairway this morning.
Loved it!! I got a ton of toys for my kids birthdays and Christmas, as well as toys to stock our birthday present bin for parties they get invited to. Also bought toys for donations at Christmas! Spent $160 and had my cart full!!!
I didn’t get as much as last year, but I did get a nice lego set (police station) a few Cars toys and a leapfrog count a draw. I hope to make it to another store tonight.
My local store in Pasadena was a little dissapointing, everything was still signed as 30% off although some items did seem to have up to 75% off, not much left though really! I did get a cute talking Super Grover for my son, marked down from $22 to $6.80 so that was nice. Im really looking for some Thomas toys though so will try another store tomorrow 🙂
disappointing selection especially for girls. there was a few more for boys, but not much. still managed to spend $100, only one item was only 50% off, but it was a must have, $10 for a little frog habitat
Thanks Charlene! I went over there a little after 1 expecting it to mostly be cleared out by then but I found a ton of good stuff. My husband might not be thanking you right now but he will when Christmas rolls around. 😉
Yes! I’m down with the flu but actually got my hubby to run to two Target stores today to load up…. we’ve stocked up the last two years and it’s made a world of difference for us! Thanks for the reminder!
I went to two targets today. The first one around 9:30, I found a lady pushing one cart and pulling another both piled high full. Then I went to another a couple hours later and found a lot more stuff. All in all a good day! 🙂
I went this morning (Friday) and was pleasantly surprised at the selection still left. I didn’t need much so I only bought 5 things and spent $35 before tax. But, for those of you who didn’t make it out yet, you might still find some good things. (Lynnwood, WA)
