Did you ask what the problem was? The coupon should be fine so yes just go to customer service.
My target also had the tank tops for $5 an I used the $3 off coupon. I didnt register, then i showed them I had it an they accepted the coupon. Go to the customer service desk if they wont let you. I had to do that for one of the targets
Can you use the coupon for several items, or just one sale item at a time?

You should be able to print two copies per computer and use each coupon a total of once for a total of $3 off regardless of how many items you buy. They have been offering this deal for a few months now though, so grab the coupons and then hopefully you can print more the next time the offer comes along.
