Well wowee— free and Starbucks very rarely belong together in the same sentence! There is a fantastic offer for a free Starbucks refreshers beverage in stores only on July 13th.
There is a limit of one per person and this is while supplies last. You can choose from Very Berry Hibiscus or Cool Lime as your drink and it will be 12oz- so I think that is a Tall size.
Not to worry, you needn’t set the alarm for 5am on Friday because the promo runs from noon until 3pm only.

Not sure on that. Usually those stores will have signs indicating the promotion or you can just call ahead.

Most Starbucks drinks are only 4oz of drink and 12oz of ice anyway ;).
I always ask for light ice. That way I get more of the drink and less of the ice.
