I just wanted to mention this again in case you missed it. Children K-6th grade can get a free haircut in August at JC Penney. It looks like there will be a limited number of appointments available so you want to go ahead and book yours if you are interested.

Why does it end at 6th grade? I have a 12 year old who is still a child in most eyes.

. You could always call and ask if a 12 year old qualifies. Maybe some stores have not had a good response and would be willing to fit you in.
