It is valid until 7/22. This is the post from Pampers about this code:

So try logging into your account and see if you have another code. The one above should be working for everyone but maybe yours is different. If you are still having trouble with this, I would send Pampers an email and ask for help with the Gifts to Grow code released 7/17.
