Here is a free app for either iPhone or Ipad.
This is called Pixel’d and it allows you to create images of Disney characters, Princesses and even Cars characters.
This looks like it might be a cute app for little ones.
If you haven’t picked up the free Mickey Mouse Clubhouse app it looks like you can still grab that one too.
