No you are not doing anything wrong. This is a rebate offer so the $5 is added to your Shop at Home account. It is not deducted from your purchase price right now. You will pay $6 today and you get that $5 rebate in the mail once your account hits $20 I think it is. I usually get checks every few months from them.

No… You need to register for Shop at Home and all the information should be available to check out. Click the green tab on the right that says how do I get cash back and all the details are listed. You don’t spend $20, you need to accumulate $20 total of the course of however long it takes. Once you do that they will send you a check.
