I didn’t enter any codes myself and I got 50 points when I entered it. I can only say what happened in my account though. I just watched the total points and mine went from 770 to 820.
I got the same response as Angie did. Will get 50 points next time I enter a code by 8/15.
I got that message as well, but also got the 50 points. I think it is just a promo reminder (I think I got the same message last time I had a code). I watched my points change from 788 to 838.
I got the same message, but it also gave me the 50 points. I think it was just a reminder that you get a bonus 50 points if you enter another code (from Blu Ray, DVD, etc) before 8/15/2012. I remember also getting that same message the last time I entered a code recently.
I didn’t get any points! ;-( It said I would get 50 points when I entered a valid Disney code by 8/15.
I think it must be random. They offered a very similar code in June and I got the 50 points, this time I didn’t. Look at the account points history and you might see similar.
I did not get the points either. It said i will get them if I enter a movie code before 08/15. When you look at my points it has a line where it says bonus points with magic code offer but the number next to it is 0.
