CVS has recently done some updates to their website and there are a few new features. Right now I’d like to talk about the ExtraSavings options because it really is a handy feature.
You now have the ability to view some of the coupons that will print out for you at the coupon machine in your local CVS store. This won’t be all the coupons, but hopefully the best ones available to you.
Here’s how you do it:
- Sign in or create an account (make sure to link up your CVS card)
- Scroll down to the middle of the page where you’ll see a yellow box that says ExtraSavings
- Click on “See All of ExtraSavings” in the middle of the yellow box
- This will take you to where you can see a list of CVS ExtraSavings coupons and ExtraBucks Rewards available to you
- If you don’t care for this view, at the top right of the white section are two icons and you can choose between list view or gallery view.
- From there you should be able to print or send them to your card
Now remember, this won’t provide you with a list of all the coupons that will print from the machine, but it should give you an idea of the best ones. This will come in handy so you won’t waste a trip or allows you to look for manufacturer coupons to match up with the CVS coupons. To find matching manufacturer coupons you can search the Coupon Database.
I checked this out and found that most of the coupons were listed in my account. The ones that most people get- including the free items they occasionally offer- were not listed.
So again this isn’t everything you will get at the coupon scanner but it is a really nice way to get a little preview before you hit the store.
