What does it mean on the yoplait- when you put Target coupons are void in certain states? I’m moving to ND, can you not use Target coupons there?

No it means you can not use just that specific Target coupon there. Usually it is on dairy coupons because certain states have strict dairy laws about how low products can be sold for.
Update: Another horrible day at Target. The manager stood there for some reason and watched the cashier do the coupons. She informed me that I could not use 2 target coupons, fine…but the manager of the other store had said that i could…but here’s the one that got me..you can’t use 2 manufacturer’s coupons, i.e. I tried to buy 2 packs of Huggies with 2 $1/1 and she told me that 2 manufacturer coupons cannot be used in the same transaction…is this true? I mean the second one did beep, is this new? I like Target but this is getting ridiculous.
for Dr Scholl’s for Her Inserts – is there a reason i cannot use TWO Target Q to make $$ on this deal instead? if purchasing the $6.99 item?

The wording on the Target coupons says one per person so technically just one like coupon should be used per person. Some stores do allow more then one like coupon so you can try it if you want.
