Hey Charlene, This is a bit off the topic, but is there a website where you can see the local grocery deals (Safeway, Lucky, etc) for the next week (much like those for the drugstores such as CVS, Walgreen etc) ? The reason I asked is because we don’t get our flyers for each week until Thursday/Friday …
No I am sorry Leng but they are very protective of the ads for Safeway. It has taken me a few years to get my hands on the ads as early as I do get them. You can look online at midnight EST at Safeway.com and your ad should be available. Savemart has the ads up at midnight PST on Tuesday so I would think Lucky’s would be the same.

I was chatting with one of the clerk’s at Safeway yesterday about some of the troubles I’ve had with the Just 4 U site. She said that they are working on making the site easier to use and will be “relaunching” the Just 4 U program on July 11. She thought the new program would also include more free items. We’ll have to watch!

I am supposed to go meet with Safeway people on July 17th to get more info on the changes they are making. I believe the program just rolled out nationwide too and I am hearing about some great coupons. My account has a $3 off $10 produce coupon this go around and it says “limit 1 per day”.
Is there a way to find out if an area receives the just for u program perks? I am in TX and don’t know if just for you is only in other states or what? The stores here are Tom Thumb, not safeway or randall’s. TIA

If you have Just 4 U it is going to be broadcast all over your store and they will be pushing it hard. You will also see info about it on the front of your weekly ad. They were not at all subtle about it when it rolled out in my area so it would be nearly impossible to miss 🙂
