I got 2 for free at my Target and did a happy dance. I’ve never actually got it for free!
LOL- Victoria were they priced at $1.50 at your store?
My T refused to use 3 coupons for 2 items. They claimed its part of their new.coupon policy. I returned them all and am going to try a different Target.

You can also just go to customer service and if they don’t help just call corporate right from the store.
